• 50ml Marshall London Dry Gin
• 100-150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
• 15-20ml Red wine
Garnish: Rosemary and Pink Grapefruit
Mix Marshall London Dry Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic and fill up the glass with ice. Float the Red Wine on top and garnish with a sprig of Rosemary and a slice of Pink Grapefruit
